SCF Genomic Experiments Repository

The HSCI Blood Program is focused on using the blood system to define specific regulators of stem cell self-renewal and differentiation that may represent potential therapeutic targets. Toward this goal, HSCI is coordinating the complementary expertise of individual laboratory efforts using embryonic stem cells (ESCs), adult hematopoietic stem cells (HSC), and leukemia stem cells (LSCs) to examine self-renewal. These laboratories are working on various organisms including zebrafish, mouse, and human and will use complementary analytic techniques to identify factors at the gene, protein, and phenotype level. We are developing an online, structured repository of genomics experiments for HSCI researchers to share, annotate and analyze their data.
