Neuropathic Pain Forum

The purpose of this project is to develop a website to enhance collaboration and communication among medical scientists engaged in pain research and therapy. The website, based on the highly regarded Alzforum website, will provide an interactive forum for physician scientists seeking to keep abreast of and apply the latest pain research. Lost productivity due to pain in this country totals at least $80 billion annually, yet there has been little effort to translate new discoveries into clinical practice. The website will be launched through a collaboration between an experienced science writer/editor based at the Harvard NeuroDiscovery Center and the Science Collaboration Framework software team at MGH.
